Solid Surface

Solid surface is an engineered material that offers some of the perks of natural stone, quartz, and more. Solid surface is an ideal material countertop option. This engineered material combines beauty - design elements and epoxy resin binders to create a virtually indestructible material that does not require sealants. Solid surface provides the look of natural beauty, with added durability and a non-porous nature making it practically stain-free, as well as consistent in color and hygienic. Solid surface products are offered in many designs and colors.

Solid surface countertops are a great way to add brilliance and value to your kitchen baths and more. Solid surface materials are smooth, durable, easy to clean, available in many colors, and water resistant. Solid surface materials are made of solid synthetic sheets formed by mixing a mineral compound with polyester and/or acrylic resins. The completed formulation offers the look of stone, without color variations. People enjoy solid surface countertops because of the color and pattern selection - pattern and color runs throughout the surface in many selections. Chips, dents, and scratches are repairable in solid surface products. Solid surface products are available in an array of colors and finishes that are molded into a virtually seamless piece. Solid surface materials can be discolored by heat and heavy impacts. Fox Tops All solid surface product offerings include DuPont Corian®, HanStone® and Staron®. When cleaning solid surface countertops, please follow the manufactures instructions. Dirt and grime can easily be removed with soapy water and an array of approved household cleaners. The solid surface material can be disinfected with a solution of diluted household bleach (one part water/one part bleach) and other manufacturer approved disinfectants. Solid surface is not heat resistant and can be scorched or burned.
